Here are a list of frequently asked questions by our customers.


Your product is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. Many items have a 2-5 year manufacturer warranty and therefore the product guarantee duration is usually added into the specification of each product. Click here to find out more about product guarantees.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 days. Depending on the delivery service you have specified at checkout, the courier will take 1-2 days for standard parcel delivery or 3-5 days for standard pallet delivery. You can request to have an express delivery service at checkout to receive your order within 24 hours of ordering or contact our customer service department and our advisors will be happy to arrange this.

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with details of the tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery. If you have opted for pallet delivery or a two man delivery service just contact our customer service department and our advisors will be happy to provide an update on your delivery.

Our website is open 24 hours a day for new orders or for you to browse out catalogue. Our telephone lines are open Monday – Saturday 9am – 7pm and 10am – 5pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays. We are planning to introduce a 24-hour sales line in the near future. Our showroom opening times are Monday – Saturday 9am – 7pm and 10am – 5pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

You can place an order directly via the website, over the telephone or by visiting one of our showrooms in Blackburn.

You can pay using credit or debit card both online or at our showrooms. We can also accept cash payment at the showroom for purchases. Bank transfers are accepted and we ask that you contact our customer service department and our advisors will be happy to provide the relevant details.

Yes, you can view products at our showrooms or warehouse (by prior appointment only).

Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse in Blackburn, Lancashire. Small orders can also be collected from the showrooms.

Yes, you can request a specific delivery date/time by contacting our customer service department where our advisors will be happy to arrange this.
