At thebathroomrange.co.uk, we like to know you’re completely satisfied with any purchase you make. That’s why we provide a no quibble 28 day free exchange service if you’ve made the wrong choice of colour, style or size and a 28 day returns policy if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason. All the more reason to buy now and make great savings without any risk!

Returning Unwanted Goods

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can return the item(s) within 28 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for a refund outside of this period. You may be required to pay for the collection of goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exchanging Unwanted Items

Changed your mind or need a smaller size? You can return the item(s) free for an exchange within 28 days of receipt. Please call our customer service department and our advisors will be happy to arrange the return. UK mainland exchanges are free, and no additional collection or delivery charges will apply. There may be an additional charge for collection of original goods if you are not in the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for exchange outside of this period. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If the purchased goods arrive damaged/faulty, please contact our customer service department as soon as you notice the damage or fault and our advisors will be happy to arrange a replacement item(s). All damages must be reported to us in writing via e-mail or letter within 7 days of receiving goods. Any damage claims made outside of this period will not be upheld. For all transit related damages please inform our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving the goods as this is a term we have agreed with out couriers and they will not accept any responsibility for such damage claims outside of the 48-hour period.

Return Collection/Delivery Charges

For all unwanted goods being returned for a refund, a collection charge will apply. The amount will be determined by the size and weight of goods and the customer service advisor will advise you of this when you call to arrange a return.

First time exchanges are free from any collection/delivery charge. However, if the replacement items are to be returned for exchange/refund then a collection/delivery charge will apply. For further clarification please contact our customer service department where our friendly advisors will be happy to assist.

Additional Information

Any goods being returned for exchange or refunds, must be returned in the original condition received and with all packaging, accessories, fixings and instruction manuals etc. Please do not attempt to repair any items as we will not accept any returns where items have been tampered with deliberately. For items where accessories, free gifts, fixings have not been returned, a charge will be levied to the refund amount to cover such costs. It is important that all return items are returned with original packaging and in a resaleable condition (irrespective of the fact that the item(s) are faulty/damaged). Once received, our quality control team will verify the damage/fault and issue a refund.

Please be assured we shall do our utmost to resolve all issues regarding our products swiftly and to the benefit of our customers unless the underlying issue is caused directly or indirectly by the customer or by the actions/instructions of the customer.
